This API program will convert selected non-interpolation rigid elements (RBE2 elements) to interpolation RBE3 rigid elements with an interpolation factor of 1.0. You canedit the script and easily change the interpolation factor to anything you wish.

UPDATE DEC. 18, 2019: Starting with Femap v2020.1, there have been language formatting changes regarding output sets. We are in the process of updating our API's to be compatible with v2020.1. Please keep this in mind when using previously constructed APIs with Femap v2020.1.

UPDATED!
We've updated the Create Load Cases from Excel API to allow loads to be applied in user defined coordinate systems. This API uses an Excel spreadsheet to create multiple load cases within an open Femap model. It is a very useful API for creating multiple load cases almost automatically.
This API allows the user to convert the active thermal load to an output set with one click. The thermal load can then be contoured over the applied regions to visualize the temperature distribution.
This API allows the user to choose a number of existing nodes, and then places mass elements upon those nodes at once. Without this API, each mass element would need to be created individually.
This API allows the user to convert all thermal loads to output sets with one click. The thermal loads can then be contoured over the applied regions to visualize the temperature distribution.
This API program calculated the distortion for a user defined set of elements, and then enters these elements into an output vector. This vector can then be contoured over the mesh.
This API allows the user to select thermal loads to convert to output sets. The thermal loads can then be contoured over the applied regions to visualize the temperature distribution.
This API will divide a selected beam a specified number of times, and assign properties to the new beams.
This API program will convert selected rigid elements into multiple beam elements connected the independent node from the rigid with each of its dependent nodes. Use Tools - Parameters in Femap to set the beam property to use as active and then run the API.
