Senior Teamcenter Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Teamcenter Solution Architect with 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level PLM solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level PLM solutions for our clients.
  • Work directly with industry-leading clients on mission-critical projects.
  • Contribute to the development of proprietary tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of comprehensive experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including hands-on implementation, configuration, upgrading and administration across multiple versions and releases.
  • Deep expertise in core Teamcenter modules, including:
    • Teamcenter Foundation (data model, business objects, workflows)
    • Structure Manager and BOM management
    • Workflow Designer and Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE)
    • Organization and Security
    • Document Management
    • Lifecycle Visualization
    • Change Management
    • ITAR and IP Control / Authorized Data Access
  • Advanced knowledge of Teamcenter integration technologies:
    • Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC)
    • CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo)
    • Active Integration (T4S, T4EA, Pipeline designer)
  • Enterprise architecture experience with large-scale, multi-site Teamcenter deployments supporting 500+ users, including regulated environments
  • Technical expertise in:
    • ITK (Integration Toolkit) and customization development
    • Database administration (Oracle, SQL Server)
    • Windows Server and Linux system administration
    • Web technologies (Java, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5)
    • Infrastructure design and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure preferred)
  • Project leadership experience managing full lifecycle PLM implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

    • Regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR, 10 CFR Part 21)
  • Extended PLM ecosystem experience:
    • Siemens NX CAD/CAM/CAE integration and customization
    • Simcenter portfolio (3D, Femap, STAR-CCM+, Nastran)
    • MindSphere IoT and digital twin implementations
    • Teamcenter X (cloud-native PLM) experience
  • Advanced technical capabilities:
    • Cloud migration strategies and hybrid deployments
    • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation
    • Performance tuning and optimization for large datasets
    • Disaster recovery and business continuity planning
    • API development and microservices architecture
  • Specialized experience:
    • Agile/Scrum methodologies in PLM implementations
    • Data migration from legacy PLM systems (Windchill, Enovia, etc.)
