A proven leader, his career is distinguished by securing major software and services contracts across the DoD, federal civilian, and A&D sectors. Notably he has scaled businesses at pace, including leading one organization to more than $200M in TCV within three years.  

Keram’s technical expertise spans PLM, MBSE, low-code automation, and AI-powered simulation. He has a proven track record of building high-trust partnerships with leading federal and commercial organizations and systems integrators. He holds master’s degrees in Applied Mechanics and Applied Mathematics from the Polytech Nice, University of Nice, France.  

Teasha Cable is Chief Operating Officer at Applied CAx, bringing more than two decades of experience building operational infrastructure and leading high-growth organizations.

At Applied CAx, she oversees revenue operations, finance, and HR, building the processes and systems that let the company scale efficiently while staying close to its clients. She has a proven track record of turning fast-growing, complex organizations into disciplined, well-run operations.

Paul Kaiser is Vice President of Engineering & Services at Applied CAx, bringing more than 27 years of leadership across aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.

He has built and led global engineering and consulting organizations, directed enterprise digital engineering transformations, and advised executive leadership on PLM strategy, digital thread architecture, organizational change, and business transformation. Most recently, he led engineering and services teams at MHP Americas, a Porsche company, where he partnered with clients on large-scale digital and organizational transformations.

Paul’s experience spans both industry and consulting, combining hands-on engineering leadership with executive services management. A Project Management Professional (PMP), he is known for building strong teams, developing people, and delivering measurable results for complex engineering organizations.

George Laird, Phd, PE, is Founder & Co-Manager at Applied CAx. Dr. Laird is the author of 40+ publications on wear, fracture mechanics and finite element analysis, and the “Abrasion-Resistant Cast Iron Handbook.”

Dr. Laird has 16+ years of industrial LS-DYNA/Femap/CFD experience, with his doctorate in engineering mechanics (fracture and fatigue). His scientific research focused on structure property relationships for composite materials, ceramics and ferrous/non-ferrous materials.

Other FEA specializations include seismic analysis of large vessels per ASCE 4-98 and ASME Section VIII, Div. 2 requirements, turbine burst containment, drop-test analysis, composite analysis (stress and thermal) and transient-dynamic stress analysis, elastic-plastic analysis of plastics, elastomers and foam materials and general analysis of a wide range of consumer, automotive, aviation and medical products. Since the acquisition of CD-adapco by Siemens PLM Software in early 2016, Dr. Laird has added STAR-CCM to his arsenal of CFD tools.

His team of engineers at Predictive Engineering brings together expertise on materials and mechanics, and a deep understanding of structures whether under fluid or thermal loading (CFD consulting services) or due to impact or crash (LS-DYNA consulting services) or general FEA for vibration, seismic or stress (FEA consulting services) to help clients build better structures.

Joachim Langenwalter is an Executive Advisor of Applied CAx. With 20 years of experience in the Electronic Design Automation industry, his expertise includes EE architecture, ECU, SoC, operating systems, and automotive application development. His work has involved leading software deliveries for cockpit and autonomous driving, overseeing hardware and software engineering across 14 car brands, and building partnerships with Qualcomm, Amazon, Foxconn, and Vector.

Today, he serves as the Executive Advisor and Founder of TMT CoPilots, as well as an advisor for software, hardware, AI, and data-driven engineering.
