We’re excited to welcome Dave Pandya to the team as a Senior Project Manager! With 20 years of experience, Dave brings expertise in Information Systems, Project & Product Management, Business Analysis, Service Delivery, and Strategic Client Management. He has worked for leading companies like Boeing, where he honed his specialties in Teamcenter implementation.
Q. What inspired you to join the Applied team?
A. Applied’s rich experience and core competency in Teamcenter coupled with its varied customer base drove me to join the Applied team.
Q. What are your areas of expertise?
A. I am proficient in working closely with executive leadership, and senior stakeholders to translate vision to long-term roadmaps. I have a rich experience in large-scale multi-year transformation programs. This includes Project & Product Management, Business Analysis, Service Delivery, and Strategic Client Management.
Q. What do you do for Applied?
A. I am a Senior Project Manager. I develop and execute detailed project plans for PLM implementations, overseeing all project phases from initiation to closure. I ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Q. Tell us about yourself – what’s your background and education?
A. I have a Diploma in Network Centered Computing in addition to a Bachelor in Business Administration. I am a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, a Sun Certified Java Programmer, and a Scrum Certified Product Owner. Before joining Applied, I supported a host of clients in several verticals. During my career spanning 20 years, I have worked in various roles ranging from Project Manager to Account Executive.
Q. How did you get started in your field? What excited you about it?
A. I have always found technology fascinating. This curiosity paved the way for a career in IT. Creating and implementing software that spurs innovation for clients has been professionally rewarding.
Q. Where are you located?
A. I am based in Chicago, IL, aka the “windy city”.
Q. Where would we find you when you’re not at work?
A. When I am not at work, I spend time with family and friends.
