This year, we were excited to welcome six new team members to Applied CAx. Each person brings new energy and insights to our team.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at their first impressions, highlights, and what they’ve learned along the way.

“The single most critical lesson I’ve learned, and the one I’m bringing here, is that speed and psychological safety are two sides of the same coin.
In my previous roles, I saw that the fastest-growing teams weren’t the ones that avoided failure, but the ones that admitted mistakes quickly and learned from them collectively. When employees know they can speak up about a risk or a failure without fear of retribution, they are empowered to take calculated risks, challenge the status quo, and solve problems the moment they arise.
My plan is to institutionalize this at Applied CAx: we will focus on radical transparency and making sure that “What did we learn?” is always the first question asked, not “Who is to blame?” This dramatically accelerates innovation and directly supports the culture of respect and transparency that I plan to foster.”
– Keram Nazari, Chief Executive Officer
“I was drawn to Applied CAx because of their reputation for deep technical expertise in some of the most important and exciting industries in the US: nuclear energy, aerospace, and defense. I could immediately see that Applied CAx drives real business outcomes for their customers and plays a direct role in their engineering efficiency. Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to bring in new opportunities for our sales executives and learn first-hand how they convey the true value of our products and services to our clients.”
– Chris Graffia, Sales Development Representative

“I was very excited for the chance to work for a small company where what I do every day can have a meaningful impact that I can actually see. I love the agility and flexibility that a small company provides. It also gives me an opportunity to provide meaningful input to help ensure our success. Working for Applied CAx has definitely met and exceeded my expectations. I feel valued and that my input and experience is important to our success.”
– Heather Liberadzki, Project Manager

“I am excited to be a part of our growth as we head into 2026. To do this, I need to grow my overall skill set in regards to Teamcenter. There are some future projects that include security, verification, and validation tools that I am interested in. I really like meeting new customers and understanding their needs, then providing a solution that matches their expectations.”
– Jason Adams, Senior Teamcenter Solution Architect
“My favorite project I’ve worked on this year has been Flyer Defense. I am still relatively new to this career and industry so I am just focused on learning as much as I can and supporting where I am able.”
– Justin Adams, PLM Implementation Engineer
“As ’26 rolls around, I am most excited to contribute to the success of Applied CAx. I have much to offer. And considering how ever-changing Teamcenter and NX are, there is a new puzzle to solve each and every day. The puzzles and helping people understand NX are two of the things that roust me from my slumber each morning.”
– Corey Anderson, PLM-NX Integration Engineer
