Advice from the front-lines: systems engineering your MBSE implementation
As a Systems Engineering Evangelist (who recently retired from Siemens), I have seen failed attempts to implement MBSE in organizations that had nothing to do with the tools. Put another way, the tools are more capable than your organization can use due to your existing organizational processes and practices. This means that successful MBSE implementation will require organizational change.
From experience implementing MBSE in a variety of industries and well-known brands, the team developed a practice for successful MBSE implementation in organizations, including MBSE process maturity, justification/ROI, organization change management, and best practices for MBSE success. These will be shared during this session, giving you a tool kit for successfully implementing MBSE to its full potential in your organization.
