Meet the team: Get to know Mitch Albrecht
We’re excited to welcome Mitch Albrecht to the team as a PLM Engineer! With more than 20 years of experience in PLM, his specialties include Teamcenter administration, upgrades, implementations, and end-to-end PLM lifecycle support. Additionally, Mitch has experience troubleshooting complex issues from system upgrades, documenting bugs, collaborating with developers on fixes, and validating resolution.
Q: What made you want to join the Applied team?
A: The opportunity to grow my knowledge in Teamcenter and my career.

A: Teamcenter, Oracle, Linux
Q: What’s your background or education?
A: I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.
Q: How did you get started in your field?
A: Both my parents worked for SDRC (now Siemens), so they helped pique my interest in the field at a young age.

A: Cincinnati, Ohio
Q: What’s your favorite way to start the day?
A: Leisurely breakfast and time with the kids before sending them to school.

Q: What’s a professional achievement you’re proud of?
A: I built a support structure for Teamcenter/NX support in a closed military area for GE.
