To meet mission demands, Flyer Defense needed to reimagine its vehicles to deliver maximum mobility, versatility, and crew survivability in the harshest conditions.

Solutions

Innovation with Siemens Xcelerator

Using Siemens Xcelerator, all vehicles are design in NX and managed in Teamcenter. This provides a single source of truth for product data and streamlined manufacturing. This approach allows Flyer Defense to reduce risk from system complexity, obsolescence, and environmental factors. Partnering with Applied CAx, the company optimized its NX and Teamcenter setup and developed a roadmap to fully leverage the software’s capabilities. This collaboration made advanced CAD and PLM tools more accessible and helped Flyer Defense maximize efficiency and flexibility across its development programs.
