Ricky Mendoza is a seasoned Teamcenter expert with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. He has held roles at United Launch Alliance and served as a PLM Architect on a NAVAIR acquisition program. Known for optimizing workflows and facilitating collaboration, Ricky is dedicated to driving success in aerospace projects through his technical expertise and leadership skills.
Currently, Ricky is looking to bring his experience in aerospace to Applied CAx, aiming to apply his skills not only in aerospace but also across other industries.

Q. What inspired you to join the Applied team?
A. I was inspired by the fast-paced work environment. The ability to work at the forefront of this technology is what I have been looking for and Applied CAx provided that for me.
Q. What are your areas of expertise?
A. I’ve been working with Teamcenter in the Aerospace industry for almost 10 years. I have worked in both government and private sector projects.
Q. What do you do for Applied?
A. I am a PLM Engineer supporting installations, deployments, and user support.
Q. Tell us about yourself – what’s your background and education?
A. I have a BA in Business and an MA in Management. I have been able to use my education and apply it to the technical realm, specifically with Teamcenter and the adoption of a new way to conduct existing Business Processes.
Q. How did you get started in your field? What excited you about it?
A. I got started through networking with the correct individuals. I used that networking ability along with my personal desire to learn to get into the Teamcenter world. It was exciting to me because it was a way for me to constantly be learning and developing while making a good living.
Q. Where are you located?
A. I live in Thornton, CO which is in the Denver Metro Area
Q. Where would we find you when you’re not at work?
A. Hanging out with my wife and kids or on the golf course.
Q. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A. Oscar Mayer Beef Bologna with scrambled eggs

- I had a baseball scholarship for college
